About the Foundation

Our history

The Foundation was originally founded by a working partnership of Saen Options and the trading software company AtomPro over ten years ago, in cooperation with the Financial Engineering Lab of the University of Twente and New Trade (now Flow Traders).

All Options took over the funding and support of the Foundation in March 2009 when it acquired Saen Options. Supporting the Foundation in its role and objectives,
All Options provides logistical support, shared resources, and financial support.

Over the years the Foundation has organised many successful activities, including eight annual symposiums, sponsored research projects, sponsored a Chair in Financial Engineering at the University of Twente, and helped place numerous master’s students in research internships.
