The everyday work of derivatives trading throws up constant questions and problems. This provides a great opportunity for master’s students to be involved in solving real problems and applying their theoretical expertise in developing applied research solutions.
The goal of the internship programme is to offer excellent candidates a unique opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge, and gain experience working in an international finance organisation. Previous interns have found the experience to be both rewarding and interesting.

Bringing talent to industry
From the 20+ master’s level internships the Foundation has helped facilitate, all but a very few have gone on to have careers in the finance or trading sectors. Many of the students also graduated from their degrees cum laude.
